So what is the story on these folks? I hear up hear in MD from some former Sysco folks I knew from trips and such have jumped ship to PFG. So what is the story with them, I hear what they say but what have you seen besides giving some big$$$ out. I heard through grapevine that they took some former top heavy hitters from the cube and U.S even got T.S a former Vp from FL. So are they a flash in the pan, we don't hear much from them up in MD area. Just wondering. How is all the change from a small company like IFH to PFG is a shake up? Am I wrong?

I was thinking they would be more of a force and actually thought about jumping on board...I am glad I chose not to as I haven't been impressed...

PFG/IFH is doing very well, and will continue to grow along with the other 2nd Tier Distributors inheriting business left and right from Category Management and Scoop programs.
Cheney is also a great Distributor in the South, opening their Third location in Florida here soon, Food Rep in NC great company to jump on with!!

PFG/IFH. make up your mind. Stop taking the drugs. Success in the field? Hiring PL from Sysco and saving TS from the axe in Jacksonville and now for the ultimate coo, convincing AR to join the sinking ship after he was run out of Greensboro. Won't be long and PFG will clean house again. They suck in TN with ex cubers too - it's a trend.

Well looking at your history of Reply's you have absolutely nothing positive ever to reply about, so this comment comes with no surprise.

Peaandcarrot - For your area you would only have to be concerned if PFG Carroll County figures out servicing the Beach Area, or if rumors of Gordon Foods breaking ground in Annapolis are true. Both Wagner and Holt have shown significant growth the last few years, and the reps working the Beach areas, don't have the stress that you guys are under.

Where is AR anyway? I heard about that a few weeks ago up here. Went on trip with him years ago. What did he do anyway? We heard carrying fresh product in car? Is that true. If so everyone needs to be careful, if not for job but for safe food.
