Marko1golf - the biggest reason the TM's percent to sales are so low has more to do with the division you work for.... It's well known they pocket most of the profit and the rep gets screwed..This is how they keep themselves looking so great on paper..Your division's management team are a bunch of greedy, toxic, immature, ultra conservative good ole boys - who are about as polished as a rock in my driveway..Furthermore if I was busting my rear selling 80k a week - while trying to grow and open new, sell scoop, deal with new directive of the week and work on Sunday etc. - and only receiving a 500.00 weekly payout for my efforts !!?? I would run, not walk far away from there and find another job..Anyone foolish enough to stick around and put up with that kind of abuse - deserves what they get.

The reasoning on the Scoop materials was: "Analytics show that people are more likely than ever to try alternatives for meat". Those people (even millenials) are thinking of veggie burgers and cashew cheese...not non-meat shaped like animal parts.

My wife started eating a plant based no dairy or oil diet last year and got me on it after awhile. It will bring all your blood work numbers into line without changing anything else you do. I have tried meatless beef crumbles and balls. A wing would be interesting. Any restaurant not having these meatless and or oiless options are missing out.
