Number 1, you’re automatically ugly when you’re dumb, pretentious and way outside your debth. Second, 1 former TM took 3 million dollars alone this week. That doesn’t count all the others out there. A lot of people are in deep s***. Pretty sure the share holders will not take kindly to any of this.

Departures and arrivals are emailed to the So Cal divisions by HR every Friday. That's when I saw it.

Waiting to see where this all goes. No TMs, no DMs in so cal other than LA. Everything has been destroyed. So depleted, it’s not going to be functional anymore. The largest market in the nation, wrecked. I would love to be a fly on the wall at corporate....

Totally agree with IKnowStuff, it's time for Steve humphrey's and his master plan to be shown the back door. He has singled handily destroyed San Diego and Corona. Putting puppets in divisions as VP of Sales is not working. Just because they were on the sales coverage model does not make them a viable candidate for a VP position. Bring back JJJ (All three were the back bone of San Diego) close Corona.

Swallow your pride and do what's right for San Diego bring back the leaders you pushed out.

Sincerely,
The remaining 23 reps left in SD

So Cal is imploding and nobody seems to care. TMs and DSMs are leaving for Sysco, Shamrock or leaving foodservice altogether. Those who are left are scrambling to keep the business for USF. THIS IS A RELATIONSHIP BUSINESS!! Most customers will follow their reps. Especially if the can get better service.

This is not Steve’s call.
This came from above that.....they want a reduced Salesforce selling value added services.
The corporation is changing gears.....old is out ....Amway is in.

I know a lot of people (even some big writers) are entertaining offers from our competitors. It's not gonna be pretty when the bubble bursts.

This is how Rosemont figures we'll differentiate ourselves from the competition. Show "value added services", most of which they don't need to buy from us to use. Selling food, supplies and equipment is secondary. Wait until sales numbers go south, and shareholders revolt. Pietro and the board will be working at McDonald's.

This is not Steve’s call.

No way I'd go to Sysco or Scamrock. They will always see you as the other team. I bet half of these people come crawling back in 6 months because Sysco let them go. Sounds like Sysco is buying these people to bring on their business, cut the dead weight, then give those accounts to their tenured Sysco MAs. There is no way they keep all those people with fat checks. I've seen this before, this isn't a new game. Enjoy your paycheck while you have one.

So Darrin Red wine is actively recruiting Shamrock people to move to US Foods to replace everyone who has left and for those who are going to leave. These are strange days.

stop drinking the Cool-Aid, Steve H is the master mind of this insane plan. It's time to stop the madness and start over.

So it’s ok for US Foods employees to solicit and collude with people from other companies now? Derrin and us foods will get sued by shamrock for that. It’s one thing if a shamrock employee reaches out to USF, but poaching people is a completely different issue.
