Mr. Ching is in over his head I hear? I wonder if Shamrock is expecting him to bring all this temporary business he picked out with him when he moves over there?

Glad I’m not party to the things I’m hearing people are resorting to now. Been around a very long time and have never seen anything this ugly. Telling maintenance accounts they are being ripped off by their salesman who makes maybe 1% is really ballsy. That will come back to bite someone in the A** once reality smacks everyone in the face. The truth always comes out. I should change my name to “I see all, Shitree is a master of number manipulation and that’s why she put all her dead numbers under national accounts, but corporate found out and put them all back under her, because manipulating numbers within a publicly traded company is called fraud and is a white collar crime” should I change my name?

I'm so glad I'm not involved in these shenanigans. Sounds like the ghost of Jim Miller is roaming the halls of the So Cal divisions. Remember that?

10 thousand a week for a DSM who doesn’t live here and won’t be here long is funny. Just here because no one knows anyone and here to deceive customers. Most aren’t that stupid Some are and it boggles the mind. The ones who buy the BS will find out just how wrong they were after the shell game runs it’s course. I’m disappointed in one customer in particular. I expected more than being taken for a ride and buying that crap. You’d think after forever they’d know better. Ask for the weekly commission statement. Not what Sheree fabricates or cherry picks(That’s her specialty). They saw one thing. I’m disgusted beyond belief,

Is this (TMs proactively leaving) playing out in other USFD markets? Their pitch to investors is that headcount is coming down as they are becoming more efficient with only the best Sales people who have all the skills and tech support to get the job done. If quality Sales guys are leaving with their customer books ($3M mentioned earlier is no small number), I can't see how investors wouldn't get nervous about this.

The new TM model is 50 accounts/$5 million a year. Fewer TMs will mean 70-80% of customers will be ordering online. Customer visits will probably be every other week. Showing VAS and trying to switch national brands to EB.

Meanwhile, sales reps from the smaller independents will in your accounts once or twice a week talking with the customers and taking your cases. VAS doesn't work for everyone. Most of the VAS can be used without buying from USF.

In the "Investor Day" notes located on the US Foods website TM headcount has dropped by 25% in the last few years since the Sysco merger talks began. We all remember the great exodus US suffered during that time, for the most part those positions we never replaced in headcount Our market in 2013 was at a high of 135 TM's and 14 DSM's with goals set for hiring more TM's. Today we have 8 DSM's and 80 TM's. In addition we had 3RSM's and now only 2. Not to mention we reduced the number of VP Sales, Division Presidents and financial positions by half.

Our division is down to 65 TMs from almost 125 a year or so ago. Districts are being merged as headcount shrinks. DSMs are more worried about their bonuses than servicing customers. Off-days and under minimums are tougher to get.

US FOODS - We hope you make it.

You cannot even make this stuff up folks. These idiots, stand up infront of an entire slesforce and claim they haven’t lost one case? I actually threw up in my mouth a little. You think you can stand there and BS an entire group of sales people, when YOU HAVE NEVER SOLD A NUMBER 10 CAN OF ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE and expect them to buy that? Wow! I have never seen such narcissism, ignorance or seen ANYONE treat their people like such idiots in my entire life. It must be nice to think you are soo much smarter and far superior to everyone who carry’s your sorry ass, that you can blatantly lie and think we are just retards who will just hang on every syllable. No. WE SEE YOU. YOURE THE FOOLS. You are only down 6% this month. Next month make it 10%. Maybe more. Oh, and, about that headcount....👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

Also, getting really tired of sherees holyer than thou, my husband is a dead beat who I always have to pay for routine. I’m the bread winner. He’s a POS because he buys guitars I have to pay for, because he’s a dead beat, blah, blah, blah. It’s gross. Grow the F up. You sound like a petty c***. Zero respect. Actually, now I get it. Why would she respect an “IE hillbilly”(or any of our customers)when she’s constantly disrespecting her own husband and father of her children? Yep. Now I get it.

Mean and truth are two very different things. If you don’t respect your own family, there’s no chance you respect the people you work with. Also, this is a very personal business. At least on the street it is. We are a family. Best bet is to continue taking care of our own and those who are a bad fit, will weed themselves out. That’s foodservice life.
