It is with true sadness to my heart that I was informed of the passing of Don Stephens yesterday. I was blessed to have had both the privilege and honor to work with him during my tenure at US Foodservice in La Mirada. He was a kind and noble veteran of the foodservice industry and he shared with me some insights to the broad line side of the business that I was unaware of coming from the meat industry the majority of my career. Don, although you my be gone in body, your spirit will remain in the lives of those you touched throughout your almost 30 year career. May God keep you near and dear to his heart my friend.

Spanky, you will be missed. I hope you're in a better place, and no longer in any pain.

I only met Don a couple of times but he was a classy dude! He even had class when the competition (us) was prospecting his accounts. When a rep from either company is knowlegable and takes good care of his customers they have very little to worry about from even good competitors.
GOD be with you Don! __________________ ADAPT TO CHANGE OR BE CONSUMED BY CHANGE
