Very shady. Food Buy has always been very aggressive when billing back manufactures, looks like they got caught. I think the manufacture community that works with Food Buy will take a closer look at their books with this coming out. 

This incident, along with the recent loss of about 6 billion in buying power from the decision Dinning Alliance CEO John Davie made to create his new GPO Buyers Edge Platform and partner with Entegra, Food Buy is on some shaky footing...
