Does anyone out there work as sales rep for Fresh Point - if so, what is it like ? Any insight you may have is appreciated and welcomed. Thanks.

I would expect it's operated under the same guidelines as an OPCO. Just my opinion.

Cultures seem similar, but it sounds like Freshpoint gets less support from Houston than Sysco does.

Fresh point is a division of Sysco ... Good news/bad news 

Good - they have the strength of Sysco behind them 
           although part of Sysco, this division isn't micro-managed (YET) like the Sysco DCs are 

Bad - they are part of Sysco 
         limited in how much you can make ...
         They are owned by Sysco, once Big Brother can Sysco-matize them, brain wash, everyone will be micromanaged and transformed into robots
