So Maine's is dropping Tim Hortons and Subway in addition to some other contract customers. The primary reason being driver shortages and growing too much/too fast.

Can anyone else speak to these labor shortages?
Warehouse, operational, or transportation?

Absolutely, with the unemployment rate at all time lows hiring for positions such as night shift crews as well as drivers with CDL's are very much in demand. Foodservice drivers are some of the hardest working drivers, having to hand truck over 600 to 800 cases a day into cramped hot kitchens is demanding. The shortage is only getting worse across the nation. Some companies are looking to  smaller delivery trucks that do not require a CDL much like the line Amazon just introduced. Sysco and US Foods are looking at using smaller trucks in downtown areas which historically feature smaller kitchens and frequent deliveries.
