I retired in 2018 after 42 years in this business. I got out just in time. I hope you can stick it out another 15 years. Either with Sysco or with another company.

Thank you brother!
I will adapt and do what is necessary. At my opco they right now seem to understand that they are not going to get the same level of commitment. Things would be horrible if they were cracking the whip while paying the folks less. Let's hope that this vibe continues. I have 11 or less years to go and as you know it goes by fast. I'm looking forward to earning the right for everyday to be Saturday like you did!

God Bless!

Sign Me Up for the new methodology! I am only doing my PA's today and the rest of my PMT, 360 AR and other busy work  can wait until tomorrow - after 8 and by 5!

I worked with customers till the end of business on Friday and Big Brother cannot have it both ways from me anymore. I really feel quite liberated this morning and am going to mow my lawn now! I do have customers on Sunday, but they typically confine themselves to the afternoon, and I used to PMT and do the other crap all morning, but not any more! Wheee!!!

Good for you! 9 to 5 Monday through Friday is more than enough if Sysco isn't going to pay you decently. I wasn't a Sysco MA. Can you translate PA, PMT and 360AR for me? Thanks!

Houston the home of the largest food service distribution company people are returning to pagan worship, witchcraft and new age gobbly gook. This is a repeat of what happened during the 14th century in Europe which suffered under the Black Death. These type of people being imitating by scared Houstonians were called "Flagellants" (sp?)

Houstonians turn to spiritualism and the metaphysical amid pandemic
Now that the future is uncertain to many, the spiritually inclined are finding comfort in the mystical. Crystals and gems are selling out at local shops. Dried herbs like sage, used in cleansing rituals, are in high demand. Natural remedies are increasing in popularity.

Houston is home to communities practicing Brujeria, Paganism,Wicca, witchcraft, Santeria, new age spiritualism and more. Scores of psychics and astrological guides have set up shop in the region.

Shop owners say many who’ve come into their shop in recent weeks were first-time customers. Some seek natural remedies because they don't have access to healthcare, while others are afraid of contracting COVID-19 while at a hospital.

Thank your elected leaders for flooding the USA with immigrants.
There are many that will do your work for less.
$45k great salary for most of the world.

Both democrats and republicans have kicked the can for decades.
Border wall will do nothing as immigrants fly in over the wall on visas then overstay.
Then government handes out more visas for more immigrants to fly in and overstay.

The dirty little words in the bonus matrix laid out today seems to be qualifying cases, kept it really fuzzy so the greedy local presidents could not allow new cases to count when you open a new account that's tied to an existing account. Talk about a swift kick to the nuts or ovaries, to any veteran who'd secured the trust of folks who own groups of restaurants. In Detroit that means any type of like ownership, even if it's a different location, than you don't get credit for the cases towards the case bonus half of the bonus. Doesn't get any less fair than that, slimy corporate bastards.

My understanding with the second location (or more) is if you send them a new application instead of the easier way of secondary location, they won't be able to tell the difference and you will fall under the new account cases. I'm doing that this week and will find out if it's true or not but I was told to do so by a trusting DM.

That would never happen here in Detroit, the president is the original lying Ted and his alcoholic VP of sales has his drinkers nose way up his ass. They all March to the same toon and appear to take glee in the fact that the cases don't count. They implemented this a few years ago in Detroit on spiffs and contests, now on bonus, total BS.
