Get the manufacturer's code that's stamped on the box and send it to your buyer.

I know USF uses Rich's for their Roseli pizza crust. They might also pack for PFG.

Thanks! My buyer still says he can't do anything with it. I think he may just be lazy...

There's a high probability it's Rizzuto Foods.

The UPC "should" tell you where and what plant manufactured the product. Sometimes within the UPC is the manufacture's item code number.

Wouldn’t this be an internal question? I’m sorry, but to me, a relatively new member who has been doing this for most of a decade, I thought the spirit of the forum was not to itemize each other but to discuss the larger factors affecting our industry.

It's also a place to get questions answered when you can't get them elsewhere.

Of course, we love to trash the companies we work for, our idiot managers, and the things they come up with that get in the way of us trying to make a living. It doesn't matter which company you work for, we all have the same issues.

Didn't mean to be out of line. Just trying to service my customers & couldn't get a straight answer internally. If this isn't the right place for my post I apologize & understand if the admins delete it. Thanks to those who offered advice!

I'm with you here.

While I could post in two seconds who packs this, I'm not going to provide info that could ultimately hurt my company. Unlike most of the people on this forum, I actually love my company.

It's much more entertaining when this board sticks to the foodservice distribution tabloid section.
