On top of the $55 mil in cost synergies USFoods also just took on over a billion more in debt with this acquisition. If I was middle management or in purchasing at FSA I would be terrified . Start looking for work now folks!! The sales force will be greatly reduced. The current FSA OU I work at has too many sales people anyway.

US Foods will find a way to get an ROI quickly.

The balance can be taken off your taxes for as long as that lasts. (Thanks, trump!) Make sure you shut it off when you get home and restart it in the morning before you leave. Otherwise you'll have to go online and figure out your route for that day.

It is automatically deposited into your checking account around the 20th of the month. Be sure to submit your mileage before the 5th to get paid on time.

GPS!?!? You guys have to be kidding?!?! I can't wait to get on Runzheimer lol. This is going to get interesting.

Runzheimer works off your phone. But, you can go online to edit your stops. Mine would show stuff on Saturday and Sunday when it was supposed to be off.

FSA has always struggled with territory splits especially in Portland.  This will without question catch up to them now.  Far too many TM's in the field and stale growth while TM's are making 100K+ and home by 2:00 PM everyday.

FTC has until end of next to approve or disapprove. Business as usual.

SCOOP.   Not knowing what this scoop is, here is how it was explained to us.  Kind of a let down😉
Three times per year, US Foods launches Scoop, a platform for innovative, on trend products that are relevant to restaurant operators. US Foods has indicated they plan to make some of their best-selling Scoop products available to OUs sometime after close.

Here's how it always turns out: There are a couple of really good, innovative items that everyone can use...mixed in with about 7 that will only sell to specific types of customers in certain parts of the country. Your job is to meet a quota on all of them.

Add in 4 or 5 dogs that didn't move in previous Scoops that Rosemont wants to us to sell.

Isn't insanity trying the same thing over and over and expecting different results?
