More time for FSA reps to find new companies to work for.

This is the time to start pushing for more business if you're sharing accounts with one or both. There's going to be some confusion as USF and FSA decide which reps get shared accounts. Stress consistency, pricing and service.

Latest word is end of this month.  The FTC has completed the investigation.

Below are of interest concerning the "legal purchasing terms" to be used in the upcoming purchase agreement submitted to SEC on Firday 5/31 and released yesterday. I know it's been said that the sale will be soon, it'll be soon, any day now, very soon....ect. These documents are conclusive evidence the purchase will be taking place very very soon and that it has been approved. Cheers all.

Most recent SEC forms Submitted by USF, regarding SGA purchase released yesterday....

I suspect now that last year (June 18th) when the sale was announced, FSA told their employees their jobs and pay scales would be guaranteed for 1 year. Looks like that 1 year is about to expire.

I hope they meant 1 year after the deal is finalized. That would be crazy if they started changing our pay right out of the gates.

There's something holding this acquisition up.  USF has been quoted as saying "end of Q-2 2019".  FTC has had this transaction for over a year now. Must be a flaw in the slaw.

Monday is the end of the quarter. Let's see what happens. There hasn't been a lot of the yelling and screaming from suppliers and customers that occurred during the Sysco/USF "merger".

Still nothing. No news. No hints. What is going on here? The competition is licking their lips!

Where are the details of the transaction ? Does it include SSA (chain) division and additional assets ?
Looking at them to make a change on the Ops side of the biz.  Thanks

Yes.  It includes all of the companies under the umbrella of SGA Foods Group.
