U S foods seems high on cheese, butter and oil. I was wondering if any one else has the same thoughts

Who gives a flying [confused] Try selling something with a higher margin instead of dealing with a penny pinching cheap ass customer checking 9 vendors to find it cheaper by 1 penny. Christ ya all make me sick. So glad I left before all this crap and the money was great.  What do you make 30,000 with a DSM squeezing your nuts 7 days a week!

Newbie, it depends on what market you're in. I competed against Sysco and Shamrock on block cheese, and we were always within one or two cents of each other unless one of us had a promo going on.

Stupid, there's no reason to be nasty.

Speaking of cheese does anyone know anything about Land O' Lakes extra melt? Are they still the market leaders?
