Don't be shy. What is going on? Other Divisions seem to be to going to hell in a handbasket.

I really don't know anything specific - just that something might be up.

Well, the new pay plan started July 1st. I can't imagine how else Rosemont is going to screw with you.

they also took away any A/R bonus compensation, I led our division with 99.7% collections for 2017, used to make $350/month, now ZERO

Marko, that sucks! How much of a hit did you take on your commissions vs the new system. I've heard it's not pretty. How many TMs in your division have left or are going to leave?

I'm doing fine under new formula, but there is more pressure to open new accounts, EB, Sous, VAS etc. It's just a lot different than it was only 5 years ago. I might take a bit of a $ hit, but had an really good 2017, hard to replicate. Time will tell. Our operations is struggling, causing us to deliver more and more food in our cars, drove 185 miles today, while selling 35K. Late trucks, miss picks, terrible out of stocks, yet "open more accounts"?? We really haven't lost too many TMs, but not too many of us are thrilled with management and the direction company is going in.

We're not allowed to do will calls in California. Sysco in Northern California got popped by KRON Channel 4 put frozen and perishables in Public Storage spaces. Look on YouTube. We have to get permission for a will call van or, in extreme circumstances, a paid courier.

Your situation doesn't sound any different from So Cal. Add on to that DSMs who won't approve an off-day or under minimum order because it will affect THEIR bonus. Your bonus is not my problem. i have to take care of my customers. If we don't deliver, someone else will.

Remember, We Hope You Make It! [rofl]

shipping orders using 2 different warehouses 30 mins apart is a genius idea.  Wonder how long this will go on for...
From what we hear, it's a mess

Sounds like tons of fun! In So Cal, San Diego, Corona and Los Angeles are supposed to stick to certain boundaries, but still go all over the place.

Where are your two warehouses?
