Its amazing how a new VP can demoralize a sales force. This new VP arrives with an attitude that is disgraceful to all. That Midget can take his Golden glove and put it you know where. Better yet, his counterpart in Allentown can jam it up there for him.
I am sure the both of them would enjoy that. As for your Chatter why don't you wake up and here the Chatter? We are talking about you. You are a loser and hopefully Pietro runs you out of here sooner or later before others leave. In fact take that Tagart with you. You know the Guy who was thrown out of Albany for being Harvey Weinsten of USF Albany. Some of the ladies should come forward now and let the others know how he acted. And you ladies in Bridgeport  should get together and report some of the dirty news down there as well. Now is the time to speak up ladies. Lets send a big WOW out to Maria for all her HARD Work with Hoffman. Well done! Now that's what I call teaming up folks.
Well I better get to bed because we have a sales meeting tomorrow. I hear they are going to tell us how the new Commission program will work. Basically they just want to pay all of us less. I suppose that's why Ky is off tomorrow. He doesn't have the courage to face us at the meeting.

I agree with you! This place has seen its best days a long time ago. Can you believe that Ky came to our meeting and stood in front of us and told us things are better. Then he tells us what we all need to do is open more accounts. Now that is what I call motivation. I jumped in my car after the meeting and headed  straight to Mc Donald's and told them I work at USF and I'm here to sell you Scoop. The manager looked at me with a bit of confused look and asked me what's Scoop. Oh, you did not  hear about scoop yet. Its the greatest idea in foodservice in 25 years.
We can sell you some innovating products that your customers will come back over and over. He said " Really". I told him I would be back with my Specialist as soon as I Chatter with a few teammates and team up with a few other folks. He again looked at me as if I were some kind of Nut who just escaped from the Norristown Mental hospital down the road. I thanked him for his time and he gave me a Big Mac and said no need to come back.

Do you think I should post this call in Salesforce or just write it off as another good call and send out a big WOW ?

This place is so upside down. Ky just stays in Allentown and counts his Beans. He has no clue as to what is happening in Philly. He lets his VP of sales run sales, and ANDY & Ernie run the rest of the place. The only problem is they are running it into the ground.

The first thing he should do is get the SNIFFER ( Ladies panties is his favorite ) out of the finance. A good spot for him would be Rosemont. There he could use his nose in a good way. They could use the Sniffer
at the front door to enhance security. A nose like that has many other uses as well. Maybe even to create a new Scoop item for massage parlors. Suggestions for more  new items should be sent to Pietro , please reference the Sniffer.

Then get Speedy out of there. He has been run out of  3 other places and its time to get that flea infested dog out of Bridgeport.

As for Andy he has his own problem. The Union and the slaves he bosses around are coming up to contract time. I would think the Union has had enough of his BS. Lets see if the UNION will stand up in Bridgeport and demands a contract like Sweds got. Let see if the Union has the backbone to Demand what they deserve.

Hetzel should get an award for the COOKIN the books on his perfect index report. He has been changing the start times for the drivers to make himself look good for years. He pushes the start time a few hours later when needed. This way it looks like all is well. This  way he does not have to report late start time. If Ky would wake up and see the BS that goes on he would be shocked. Instead he stays in Allentown and pretends all is well.

Will some please report the BS to Rosemont. Ernie and Hetzel need a wake up call! Call the Hot Line. Trust no one there, they all covering each other like a pack wolves!

What is going on in Phila? Seems like all hell is breaking out. Is there some kind of Rebellion in that place?

Are those at the top that bad?  Sounds like someone better get in there and fix the problems asap. How many people are leaving?

Lets hear some more dirt. The broadliner and I love to hear about all the crazy folks in Phila. I use to be a broker there years ago. The money was moving around quite a bit in US foods. Sent packages to a few places over the years.

Come clean and tell us some more!

I'm a long-timer (35+ years), and I am baffled by all the emphasis on Scoop and Value Added Services. It's not how I was trained to go to market. 

I come from one of US Foods' legacy companies (I bleed green. Hint! Hint!). We made our living selling high-quality, unique products. We were trained to sell them by an excellent group of buyers, specialists and brokers. Scoop is basically a reintroduction of what we used to do. But, we weren't beat over the head to sell products just to meet a quota.

Value Added Services is just a way for third-party vendors to build their business without having to hire their own salespeople. Customers don't need USF to use Chow-Now, Avero or Homebase. If these people want us to sell their products, they should pay us to do it.

I think as a sales group we all need to stick together. People its time for us to stand up to these people who treat us like robots, . Especially the snotty Midget, Hetzel, Ernie  and Billy S.
Lets start off by calling the Hot line. Send letters to Pietro and tell them how these people are to us. Write a note on this web site. Pietro does read this I have heard. Speak up about Steve H and his drinking issues.
They keep cutting our Comm, yet at the last sales meeting Steve H and his crew ran up a big Tab at the Blue Bell Inn.

Post your stories here. Tell us about some of the creative credits being written by Ernie for his own entertainment. How Andy cooks the books on Service. Any stories about Bill S in Bed with suppliers. Lots of info out there that needs to be shared. Any stories about Tagart and his Abusive behavior. US let him come back after his Albany expulsion.

The world is changing as we see in Hollywood. Don't  let the people at the top step on you and get away with it. Report them now and you will help others as well as yourself.

The fools running this circus just don't get it. They are losing cases quicker than we can get them back. They need 2000 more cases/ day to make it work. Not going to happen boys. That means they wont make the budget next year in Philly.
The result will be cuts in salary and head count to cover the shortfall. The comm plan is the first place they are going to whack all of us. Guys and ideas how we stand up to these bullies?  Do we need to get a Union??

Speaking of Union, anyone hear news on the Bridgeport contract. How will they ever talk Bridgeport Union into signing a deal when they just cut there jobs year after year. Keep on sending them to Swedesboro. What happens when the Avendra goes to Sysco? More lost cases and drivers with no work. This contact problem with Bridgeport could really put this place in a tail spin.

Hopefully the Midget will be gone soon. If he stands up there one more meeting with that stupid smile on his face we should all just get up and leave. How about the Steve H Scoop collapse. He was touting himself as the greatest scoop guy in America, What an horror. Its a shame that the Buffalo boys came in and took away the only thing you could brag about.......SO SAD.

So now you can Brag about how you and the Midget are the greatest losers in USF.

I have been following the story of Philly for a few weeks. The people writing on here are spot on. Mr. Ernie is a sick man. Every woman that passes his view is eyed up and down like he is undressing them in his mind. I avoid going near that guy. He is Creepy.

As for our new sales manager, he is just a Midget with a big ego and bully like tactics. Stay away from him as well Ladies. Some of us need to start speaking up as to the way we are treated here.
He will not make it here for a few reasons.

he has the respect of very few people
he acts as if he is a veteran of 30 years
he is a bully
he comes across to people as if he knows better than anyone else and don't argue with me.
He a Midget with a tiny one I bet.

What a bunch of worthless bums at USF philly. Most of them just keep telling us to open more accounts. Wow, what a great idea. Can you suggest where to go? Just use your Cookbook prices and make no money. Maybe after 6 months you can raise the prices and make it work, probably not. A good way to make friends with the new customer is to keep running out cases in your car. Thats because  Busy Billy has no transfers. Perhaps this holiday season they give us 1 transfer instead of a turkey.
The only transfer we really need is to Send Busy Billy somewhere else. Any suggestions where Billy could be used? PLEASE SEND TRANSER SUGGESTIONS TO PIERTO.

THE MESSAGE SHOULD READ:

" PLEASE SEND OUR BILLY THE TURKEY SOMEWHERE FOR CHRISTMAS"

  PLEASE SEND MESSAGE ASAP SO THAT WE GET HIM HOME FOR THE HOLIDAY.

Was our VP sales called in to discuss what was going on in Phila?  Could they have given him a PIP? Seems like it would make sense to post a PIP on his chest and a pretty bow for cutie boy.

certainly pip time at US, they love to hand those out with the turkey and have you gone by New Years, its been that way forever. End of year people adjustment and set team for next year. Y'all have fun!
