H Here is Ky and Midget in" car 54 where are you". Well this is what we can look forward too. These 2 super cops will be monitoring where we are every day. I hope Ernie has one of these. This way super cops will know which Titty bar they are in during working hours. Hopefully selling the Scoop items. How about CT. Who is monitoring his behavior? He's a real role model for you young fellows to look up to.

I heard that KY and Jason had private meeting last night with some select Reps. I was not there but I have heard that this group was asked to be supportive at the meeting today. They were used as Pawns by Ky to help get thru our meeting. Well I guess they did a good job! So they are going to get a special deal on The 30 % hold Back. They are only going to get 20 % for the first year on the hold back. Again the same old BS take care of a select group.

So we had a bad day yesterday. I guess others woke up like me this morning thinking about what is next. How do I survive this. Its depressing to think about the way usf treats its people. They have no moral character and don't really care what any of us think. Every manager has been told that they need to get rid of 1 salesperson they manage in the next 90 days. The first one already is gone. Who will be next? How do they expect me to go on the street and bring in new business. Its hard to focus on the job with all this pressure .People will go and then they will give others the customers. The bad part is we will now make no more money since we are on salary. Just more anxiety to deal with. Ky keeps saying stay positive, that is hard to do with what they are doing to us.

The sad situation in Philly is that management has made most of the salesforce feel as if they are worthless. The sales people would leave there, but most have no confidence in there ability to open new business. Hanging out there for a few years you just seem to struggle opening customers. We just can't keeping selling all the BS gimmicks USF has made. Customers still want good prices. That is just another reason why usf is now a salary. Not to mention most of us will loss 15-20 % of our salary.12 weeks remaining till they screw us all!

We are getting closer to July 1, the day I feel that USF is going to take us to the cleaner. I still dont know what my salary is. Jason keeps telling us soon, Really? We are all contributing to the 8 million dollar salary for Pietro. Disgusting thought. Ky has nothing to say except stay positive. How do you do that.

All you Union guys in Bridgepport Philly whats going on with the new contract? Are you going to sign it soon? Seems like you guys have lost your courage to stand up to USF. Just let them toss you on the street like they did in Baltimore.
