OK I finally registered and can now post.
Any way, I'm an old retired foodservice guy that has been gone so long that no one even remembers or cares about.
Yesterday the 6th of Nov. I played a round of golf at Eagle Glen with a bunch of buddies and saw some very serious young men acting very serious and tossing a couple back. It did appear that Eagle Glen was there sort of   "command center" as the chef came out and spoke to them with reverence as did the cute young bartender.
Anyway , whose the very serious guy with the little tiny goatee?

Thank you Truth, you are a good man, but I already know who this squat, 3/4 scale fool is.  You are right, he is 5'7"......................any way you turn him.

He is right where he belongs, in Corona, where all the embarassments are sent.  Just like the old days when families had mentally challenged kids, they kept them in the attic or basement their whole lives, that's what we do, but our attic or basement is Corona.

I crack open the skull of the false prophet he worships to see the worms eating the brain away.

Have a blessed day.

Maybe it's PW and his new department cronies going after all of U.S. unprofitable chain business. Sysco has lost a lot of business to U.S. Foods. Phil has tried to get back their street business they lost to U.S. Phil is the master of MDA's with false promises and unprofitable results. Sources tell me, this is Phil's last chance to save his a$$. This is all he knows, low margins no profit.
So Tommy, just relax and take care of your stuff and stop all your.

Tommy, don't worry about chain business. It's not so much about service as it is about how low can you go. That's why Psycho lost Mimi's to PFG. Even though Psycho was selling to Mimi's at next to nothing, PFG still made them a better offer. Right now, every customer is looking at all their suppliers. That goes for the local diner to the big national chains. No doubt we'll get that business back once everything settles down.

Tommy, Tommy, Tommy. If your service is so bad, then why do you still have customers? Your service to your customers is better than the chains?

Bad service is a realtive term. What did we do or didn't do?  Did they want unrealisitic delivery times? Did they want restaurants assigned to street reps?
Did they want extended credit terms? Maybe we didn't bring in a product for them because we had a competitive product in stock. Maybe they weren't paying their bills and needed an excuse.

Let's crank it up people!  The glass house is almost done!  Can't wait to start throwing stones!

Wonder if we will come up short on topping and pies this year again?

No, this year we'll be out of cranberry sauce and 6/#10 yams.

Wow!  Very original complaint.  haven't heard that one before.

Another sales person complaining about procurement running out of seemingly simple product...waaahhhhhh!  And when there are 10 pallets of cranberry sauce or 500 cases of whole turkeys left I'll bet you're the first one to say..."hey, let's all help find a home for these" - NOT!  You're the one saying "why did they buy so many?".

Stick to doing what YOU need to do and let all of the other departments do what they need to do.

This is what other people see when they look at people like you (always pointing fingers):
