Can you believe the way these 2 sales managers act? The two of them jab each other at the sales meeting as if they were little brats in a school yard. Maybe they should both grow up and help the reps. Why don't you guys go and find out why the stock outs are so terrible. Maybe they have the small Dick syndrome. Who is the bigger man, and not in height children.

They both want to sell scoop and don't give a dam about us. All they care about is how corporate sees them on the scoop report. The report should  read like this::

The  # 1 losers are in Philly.

Lets face it all they care about is getting to be a President of a branch and they don't care who they step on or over to get it. Its time we all stop helping these losers!

The problem with not helping those "guys" is that it'll cost you your job, before it will cost them their's.

I'll tell you something, for what it's worth.  At PFG, if you are a good sales person that can move boxes, for a halfway decent margin, and open some new accounts regularly, you'll be treated better than any DSM or even VP of Sales at those OpCos.

The USF and Sysco model is completely different.

I agree with you food peddler, at US it is all about Scoop. If you ever listen in on Pedro's call to investors each quarter you would hear how excited he is about Scoop and the results. Its like the number one thing he hopes to keep investors focused on. Trouble is the investment community does not know that the results are bought with heavy discounts and in my division free product so what is the point. Kinda like Amazon we will spend money and grow business and at some point address profit.
